It’s our new brand. This is the new face of what was previously known as Pine Ridge Properties. We are currently offering available lots in four different communities: Fairway Meadows, Agassiz Estates, Pine Ridge Estates and WynnField Estates. Each community offers something different for everyone, whether you’re looking for a location to retire in or a place to start a family.

We’ve been hard at work with this spring’s lot sales. New lots have opened up, now available in Pine Ridge Estates and they’re selling quickly. New lots are available in Agassiz Estates and new condos are being built in WynnField Estates. With summer right around the corner, we’re looking forward to the warmer weather!
